Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details: name, work email, password (stored only as a secure hash), profile photo and job title. If you sign up with Google, we receive your Google name and email address.

Deal data you or your team enter: properties, prices, tasks, comments, financing details, uploaded documents and imported spreadsheets.

Security and reliability records: sign-in attempts, IP address and browser type, used to protect accounts from abuse, and error reports (with passwords, codes, tokens and email addresses removed) used to fix problems.

Why we use it

To run the service, show you only the deals you are invited to, send verification codes, verification links, invitations and notifications, and keep accounts secure.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else receives it

Hosting, database and file storage providers that run the app; an email delivery provider for verification codes, links and invitations (sent from notify.anchorcloseflow.app); Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google; Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated sign-ups; an AI provider receives stage names only (never deal documents) to suggest checklists.

Cookies and storage

We use browser storage only to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, such as your selected workspace view. The sign-up security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set its own cookie to tell people from bots. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account and deal data is kept while your account or workspace is active. Deleted deals and documents are kept in a recoverable backup that workspace admins can restore. Security logs and error reports are kept for audit and troubleshooting purposes.

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile in Settings, and ask your workspace admin or us to export or delete your account and data. Signing out ends your session on all devices.
